Its our privilege to meet each and everyone of you. From our Wonderful Guests/Shoppers to our Awesome Vendors, we are Blessed to have this Opportunity and we Thank God Daily. And because of that, we have chosen to create these Guidelines, to ensure every experience you have at our events and businesses are Brag-Worthy!
First: and Foremost, No One is permitted to Bully, Disparage, Harass, Profile, Insult or in any other way, harm another person whether physically or verbally. Any such behavior will be stopped and reported to the authorities immediately.
Secondly: WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE. There will be many people of all ages and backgrounds at the Flea Market and we choose to respect everyone. Part of that respect includes watching what we say.
I understand that everyone has a different view of what foul language is but, I also know that everyone knows the difference. Basically, If you wouldn't say it in church, Don't say it at our Flea Market Please.
Third: RESPECT THE GROUNDS - We provide a number of trash cans and recycling bins for you to use so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Use Them. And we will go one step further, If we catch you picking some trash up off of the ground that wasn't yours, You Win A Prize!!! For Real... We Mean It...
Fourth: DON'T BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE FLEA MARKET. There may be a vendor here or there who is selling alcohol and we have Miguel's Bar & Grill right here on site and we are ok with that. We are just saying that you may not bring alcohol in to drink for yourself whether you are a Vendor or Guest/Customer. (Alcohol may be consumed in the on site Bar & Grill, Miguel's)
Last But Not Least: All Sales Are Final at the Flea Market (unless otherwise stated in writing by a vendor) and we, Cedar Rapids Flea Market and its owners, are not responsible for any accidents, theft, injuries or purchases from vendors at any time.
Thank you for reading and we'll see you soon.
